At Keychron Portugal, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Contact our support team at support@keychron.pt with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Items
Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all cables, keycap pullers, and documentation provided in the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our processing center in Portugal to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
